An OSHP preliminary investigation revealed that Price was driving a 2016 Harley-Davidson motorcycle eastbound on Logistics Lane when it hit a curb and drove off the road.
The motorcycle hit a dirt berm and went airborne. The bike struck an airport perimeter fence before landing inside the airport.
Video and photos from the scene showed orange cones surrounding the damaged fence.
Both Price and Evans were thrown from the motorcycle. Both were pronounced dead at the scene, the spokesperson said.
“Excessive speed is believed to be a factor in the crash. Neither occupant was wearing a helmet,” said the spokesperson.
The crash remains under investigation.
