All lanes are now open on westbound Interstate 10 at Washington Avenue following a big rig rollover that closed two lanes shortly before 3 a.m. on April 18. Traffic remains congested, with delays of up to 20 minutes.
The on-ramp at Berkey Drive remains closed, but efforts are underway to reopen it, according to California Highway Patrol’s incident log.
