More than 280,000 Ford and Lincoln vehicles are being recalled due to safety issues, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

The Ford Bronco recall, issued April 24, addresses a fault in the 360-degree view camera that may not display a rearview image when in reverse.
A separate recall, issued April 23, affects other models due to a potentially faulty terminal header connector in the rearview camera’s circuit board, causing a blank or distorted image.
What to do if the Ford and Lincoln recall affects your vehicle?
Owners of affected vehicles will receive notification by mail on May 5 and will have their rearview cameras replaced free of charge.
You can use the NHTSA’s database to search for recalls based on a vehicle’s identification number or VIN, according to USA Today.
