A man was fatally shot and crashed into a house in Forest Park on May 31, according to Sgt. Jackie Dreyer with the Forest Park Police Department.
Dreyer reported that officers were called to the 900 block of Havensport Drive around 12:41 p.m. to investigate a report of a vehicle that hit a house.
Upon arrival, they found a 26-year-old man who had suffered a gunshot wound.
Dreyer says the man, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is unclear whether he was shot before the crash or afterward.
The incident is currently under investigation.
