A man was shot multiple times in a parking lot near Casey Moore’s Oyster House in Tempe just before 3 p.m. on May 3, police said.
He was shot in the abdomen and legs, but was in stable condition and taken to a hospital, according to Tempe police.
A call about the shooting came in to police at 2:52 p.m. The shooting was part of an altercation between two men and one woman, police said.
The shooter left the scene in a white sedan, police said.
Casey Moore’s is two blocks west of South Mill Avenue and one block south of West University Drive at the intersection of South Ash Avenue and West Ninth Street.
At about 5 p.m., the bar-restaurant posted on Facebook that it would be closed Saturday night and reopen at 11 a.m. Sunday.
