A man was arrested after he pushed his way into a Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport bathroom, groped the woman inside and sent himself images from her phone, according to court records.
Jose Rodriguez San Miguel, 33, of Tucson, was booked May 31 on counts of sexual abuse and kidnapping, according to records.
Rodriguez San Miguel exposed himself and told the woman they should have sex and that he wanted to take her out to dinner, according to the woman’s account to police in court records.
He picked up her cell phone and said he saved his number to it, and the woman talked her way out of the bathroom by assuring him she would call, the records stated.
While he had the woman’s phone, Rodriguez San Miguel sent himself some of her pictures, the records said the woman told police.
He was arrested in Terminal 4, said Sgt. Brian Bower, a spokesperson for the Phoenix Police Department.
Rodriguez San Miguel was being held in a Maricopa County jail on a $250,000 bond.
His next court appearance was scheduled for June 5.
